Job Title: ICV Assistant
Reports To (Job Title): ICV Coordinator
Project Location: Muscat, Oman
The ICV Assistant will provide support to the ICV Lead and the ICV Coordinator in achieving the In-Country Value (ICV) targets for the organization. The ICV Assistant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. The ICV Assistant will also assist in the development and implementation of ICV strategies and initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities/Deliverables:
- Assist in the development and implementation of ICV strategies and initiatives
- Collect and analyze data related to ICV initiatives and programs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ICV program
- Keep up-to-date with ICV regulations and requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with ICV requirements
- Maintain accurate records of ICV activities and expenditures
- Participate in ICV-related meetings and events
- Prepare reports on ICV performance and progress
- Provide administrative support to the ICV Lead and the ICV Coordinator

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
Skills & Person Specification:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with In-Country Value regulations and requirements in the Sultanate of Oman
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
