Project Location: Muscat, Oman
Job Summary:
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Director/Board Director, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong research abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties & Responsibilities/Deliverables:
- Research Support: Conduct market research on various topics as required, providing concise and relevant information to aid decision-making processes.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and prepare follow-up plans.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files. Ensure easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information, on SharePoint.
- Project Assistance: Assist in project management tasks as required, including tracking progress, preparing reports, and coordinating with team members.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Skills & Person Specification:
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
