- Work Closely with the BIM Coordinator.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Adhere to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) throughout the BIM cycle in the project.
- Follow and adopt the BIM workflow and processes outlined in the BEP.
- Update modeling progress status to the BIM coordinator regularly.
- Adhere to project naming conventions outlined in the BEP.
- Create objects or families as instructed by the BIM Coordinator.
- Prepare shop drawings for submissions based on the details of the BIM model.
- Annotate documentation views by adding dimensions, tags, legends, schedules, etc. to meet submission requirements
- Adhere to work delegation assigned by the BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator
- Model all elements as per LOD requirement.
- Update models and drawings based on the latest design information
- Highlight clashes found in the BIM model to BIM coordinator.
- Assist BIM Coordinator in making amendments/updates to BIM models.
